Jane Lemley is an integral part of Warner PLLC’s employment law compliance, civil litigation, and internal investigation practices. For over thirty years, she has advised clients on federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and Virginia employment statutes. She drafts and negotiates a variety of employment agreements, including executive contracts and separation agreements, and represents clients before the EEOC and in state and federal courts.
